1. Data controller

2. What data we process

Visiting this website doesn't require any personal data, and we don't use analytics or advertising tools.

When you open the home page, your IP address is checked against a country database (IP Geolocation by DB-IP, kept on our own server) only to show the site in Spanish to visitors from Spain. Nothing is sent to third parties and the IP address isn't stored for this.

If you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, email, company (if you give it) and your message, to reply to you.

If you create an account, we process your name, your email address and your password, which is stored encrypted (never readable). We also keep technical session data, such as your IP address and browser, to keep you signed in and protect your account.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

Answering your enquiry from the contact form: your consent and the steps you request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Managing your account and giving you access to the services: performance of the relationship you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Sending you necessary emails, such as confirming your address or security notices: performance of that relationship.

Protecting the website against abuse and attacks: legitimate interest in the security of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Showing the website in your language according to your country: legitimate interest in offering you the right language (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can always change it with the language switcher.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell or hand over your data. We only work with providers of technical services, under a data processing agreement and within the European Union:

Contabo GmbH (Germany): server and database hosting.

Sendinblue SAS / Brevo (France): sending transactional emails.

5. How long we keep it

Contact messages: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, at most, 12 months afterwards. Accounts: for as long as you keep your account; if you delete it, we erase your data, except what we must keep by law. Backups are rotated automatically and deleted after 8 weeks at most.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability by writing to [contact email].

If you believe we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.

7. Security

All communication with the website is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted and access to the server is restricted.
